Hamari Pahchan, meaning, 'our identity,' is a Delhi NCR based non-profit institution working to proliferate ideas of community action and social service via a holistic grassroots approach. It works to help people from all walks of life build their own identity and live with dignity, security and a sense of purpose. Since it began in 2015, the organisation has worked with women, children, the elderly and other underprivileged communities. Their work in engaging directly with vulnerable populations and building a brighter future directly aligns with the founding principles of Legally Wise.
